Hi, I’m Abbie (She/Her), I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I offer support for individuals as they navigate life’s most tender transitions.

Whether you are adjusting to parenthood/postpartum, facing a career shift, or grieving the loss of someone or a life you had imagined for yourself, I offer a compassionate space where your experience can unfold at your own pace.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, with this academic background driving me to combine evidence-based approaches and an eclectic framework to tailor therapy to a client’s unique needs. I integrate mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, and schema-informed experiential techniques to gently explore the patterns and stories shaping your present. I believe therapy should be collaborative, where you are the expert on your life and my role is to walk alongside you, offering insight, structure, and support as you navigate change.

Hi, My name is Brittney, Student Intern, Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and I am grateful to be given the opportunity to help guide you to a deeper understanding of yourself and your challenges. I am currently a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology student and I am completing my Practicum here at Radiant Psychotherapy. Together, we can explore your unique experiences in order to better understand and honour your current self, including your strengths and your coping mechanisms. My clinical approach is focused in psychodynamic theory where I implement a client-focused and empathetic stance in assisting you to acknowledge past and current challenges in order to approach your future with positivity. I will also apply interventions from narrative therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and emotionally focused therapy (EFT). At your own pace and within a warm and safe space, I enjoy supporting your unique needs related to trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. I acknowledge that the first can be the hardest and so applaud you for taking the time in considering your mental health.

Hello! My name is Emily (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here. I strive to create a space where you feel safe to slow down and explore your experiences with curiosity and compassion. I approach therapy with a deep respect for each person’s unique story. I don’t believe therapy is about fixing what is perceived as broken, but about making space to better understand yourself. My work is informed by various modalities including parts work, compassion-focused, mindfulness-based, and psychodynamic approaches. Together, we may explore both the protective patterns that have developed over time and the deeper emotions beneath them. At times, our work may feel reflective and insight-oriented; at other times, it may be more practical, focusing on tools to help navigate challenges. I tailor the process to meet you where you are. I specialize in supporting individuals living with chronic illness. Through both my professional and personal lived experience, I understand how complex these experiences can be. I aim to offer a space where this can be explored with care and understanding. I also enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, grief and trauma.

Hi, my name is Rosalyn (she/her), and I am grateful to support adults in exploring their inner experiences and making sense of their lives. I take an integrative, trauma-informed, humanistic approach, grounded in empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, understood, and able to reflect on their experiences in meaningful ways.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, grief and loss, and patterns of people-pleasing or codependency. Many clients feel stuck in recurring patterns they don’t fully understand. Together, we explore these patterns with compassion, helping clients build insight, self-trust, and move toward more balanced and authentic ways of relating. I also work with couples to strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate conflict.

I work from a humanistic, individualized perspective, tailoring my approach to each client. Some of the methods I draw on include narrative therapy, parts work, emotion-focused approaches, and person-centered techniques, all aimed at helping clients reshape unhelpful narratives and cultivate self-compassion.
